So far, so good. I fought off the urge to splurge and have a cheat meal on Friday night, and I haven’t had any pizza. Now it is time for the scale to reward me with a good drop in poundage at my weekly weigh-in. In the words of the immortal Bob Wiley, “I’m baby stepping! I’m doing the work! I’m not a slacker! Gimmie gimmie gimmie! I need! I need!”

Monday – 4.25 miles

Tuesday – 2.3 miles

Wednesday – 5.1 miles

Thursday – 3.3 miles

Friday – Rest

Saturday – 6.5 miles

Sunday – Rest

Total Mileage = 21.6
